Medikal, a Ghanaian rapper who has been closely following Shatta Wale since his court appearance today, was detained for flashing a gun in a video posted on social media.
In a video released to his Instagram stories, the Ghanaian rapper is seen holding a gun, prompting the Ghana Police Force to pursue him.
Police took him to the station and he is now in police custody.
Medikal was at the charge office of the Accra Regional Police Command with his wife, Fella Makafui.
Though the rapper erased the footage from his Instagram stories, netizens were quick to grab it before it was removed.
