    Vertical Rave, Africa’s First Global Music Festival, will feature Omah Lay, Bnxn, Ruger Major League DJz, and more on December 17th.

    African music luminaries are poised to converge in Lagos for a game-changing event when the first-ever Vertical Rave Festival takes place on December 17th, 2022. This cross-generational event will appeal to music aficionados and those looking for an immersive experience.

    Music continues to take new directions throughout Africa, with investors pouring money into the sector. Vertical Rave is meant to promote the African tune and set the pace for new African artists to emerge as the Afrobeat and Amapiano music genres currently dominate the music sector internationally.

    The festival’s audience will be treated to a musical binge, acoustic performances, and back-to-back live music on the main stage. The inaugural event will include a large roster of musicians, with more prominent artists to be announced soon.

    The performers on the lineup include an interesting mix of African music’s elite and some of the younger bands that have found success in 2022. Omah Lay, Bnxn, Made Kuti, Lojay, Ruger, Victony, Young John, and Major League DJz are among the artists included.

    Vertical Rave, he says, aims to make more room for young African talent by elevating their voices on a global scale.

    He stated that the event will “include the most exciting international artists, inventors, innovators, and entertainers ever seen in Lagos at one time.”

    “We are lucky to have the opportunity to put together such a varied lineup of performing artists and help promote confidence in our business,” he added.

    Vertical Rave is making Lagos the go-to-destination for Christmas festivities and Detty December activities this December as the only major concert of this caliber taking place in Nigeria and Africa this December.
