Kuami Eugene, a well-known musician from Ghana, was hurt in a car accident on the N1 Highway and is currently receiving medical attention, according to his management group Lynx Entertainment.
Fans and well-wishers who were extremely worried about the artist’s wellbeing after hearing about his incident with a tipper truck are relieved to hear this news.
Along with one other passenger, Kuami Eugene—who is well-known for his chart-topping tunes and riveting performances—was injured in the incident.
The announcement said, “We would like to notify the public that singer Kuami Eugene is alive and is receiving treatment following a car crash on Sunday, March 17, 2024.” “Our artist, along with one passenger, suffered some injuries; they are currently receiving treatment.”
The statement also conveyed appreciation for the public’s, media’s, and fans’ overwhelming love and support.
But Lynx Entertainment stressed that Kuami Eugene needs space and quiet while he starts his recuperation.
“We acknowledge the love and support that fans, the media, and the public have shown us, but we ask that the artist be given ample space while he starts his recuperation,” the statement said in its conclusion.
Still, after smashing his automobile into a tipper truck on Sunday night, Kuami Eugene was hurt. The collision happened at CP, which is near the DSTV office and faces the Dzorwulu traffic light in Accra.
Around 11:30 p.m., the musician’s car collided with a tipper truck that was traveling slowly, according to Emmanuel Ajarfor Abugri, Editor of the Modern Ghana news portal, who was directly behind the musician’s vehicle.
