Tiwa Savage, a musician from Nigeria, has acknowledged that there was a security breach at her home.
This comes after rumors that several individuals tried to kidnap the singer went viral on Friday.
The management of Tiwa Savage confirmed that her home had been broken into in an Instagram post, but did not specify the perpetrators’ motives.
According to the statement, “We can confirm that on Thursday, April 13, 2023, there was a significant security breach at the home of artist Tiwa Savage, as per recent claims online.
“Several suspects were apprehended and are being jailed at the Alagbon Police Station in Ikoyi while the case is being investigated. The family of Ms. Savage is secure and healthy.
The singer’s new driver is claimed to have let his accomplices know details about her whereabouts, according to multiple media sources that previously reported the story and Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo.
According to the reports, the suspects had tried to abduct Tiwa Savage, but their plot had fallen through, and they had been caught and handed over to the police.
