Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar, a Ghanaian businessman and entrepreneur, has offered Kanye West an alternative way to use his millions of dollars to help African countries whose currencies are losing ground to the dollar.
Cheddar told the rapper in a tweet on November 6, 2022, that the World Bank was holding some African countries hostage for the economic crisis they were experiencing.
“@kanyewest The IMF and the World Bank are holding African countries hostage as a result of the continent’s economic crisis.“Ghana, is one of them. If they don’t want your billions in their banks, use some of the funds to help African countries suffering from currency depreciation “He revealed.
This comes after JP Morgan Chase, a US banking giant, severed ties with the rapper and designer known as Ye.
In the letter, the bank gave Mr West until November 21, 2022 to relocate his business.
Mr West recently took to social media to criticize JP est Morgan’s administration, claiming that he would be denied access to the bank’s CEO, Jamie Dimon.
JP Morgan’s move comes as Mr West’s business operations have been extensively scrutinized.
@kanyewest IMF and the world bank are holding countries at ransom for economic crisis in Africa Ghana my country is one of them. My advice for you is if they don’t want your billions in their banks then use some of the funds to save countries in Africa with currency depreciation
