The frontline performer for DMW said that there are plans for him to tour the globe alongside Wizkid.
Heavyweight Nigerian artist David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has spoken out about the possibility of embarking on a joint tour with fellow countryman Wizkid.
After taking a vacation from the music industry, Davido, who is presently the talk of the town after releasing his highly anticipated studio album named “Timeless,” may really be traveling the world alongside Wizkid, with whom many believe he is at odds.
Remember that Wizkid previously said that, following his solo “More Love, Less Ego” tour, he will go on a joint tour with Davido. The award-winning performer corroborated Wizkid’s declaration and stated there are negotiations regarding the tour in a recent interview with BEAT FM, even though David didn’t reply to the assertion at the time.
He did, however, suggest that the aforementioned tour would take place after he finished his own “Timeless” tour, which was planned for this year.
Apart from announcing the tour, Davido also said that since Wizkid started phoning him every other week to see how he was doing after losing his baby, their friendship had truly improved.
