Stonebwoy, an award-winning Ghanaian reggae/dancehall act, will perform at the FIFA Fan Festival in Doha, Qatar.
The “Activate” hitmaker will join Patoranking, Kizz Daniel, and others who have previously performed on the FIFA Fan Fest stage in Qatar. Stonebwoy will take the stage on December 16 and is expected to delight fans with his repertoire of hits.
Julian Marley, Kizz Daniel, and Patoranking are also on the bill. Sean Paul, a Jamaican singer, will also perform on the 17th.

Stonebwoy, a renowned composer and musician, met with Harvey Mason Jr., the CEO of the Grammy Awards, after his electrifying performance at the GUBA Awards 2022 in Rwanda to further the discussion regarding Ghanaian music.
On September 29, Mr. Mason, dignitaries, and stakeholders from Rwanda attended the GUBA Excellence Awards, which included the Ghanaian artist as the headlining performance.
The crowd rapidly caught up to the enthusiasm of Stonebwoy’s thrilling performance, especially the GRAMMY Awards CEO, who was visibly cheering him throughout the whole set.
During the brief meeting, which was intended to garner support for the Ghanaian music business, Stonebwoy and Harvey Mason Jr. had a fruitful discussion on how to plan to get Ghanaian singers to the Grammys. On Friday, Stonebwoy posted pictures from the gathering on his social media accounts (September 30).
Stonebwoy accepted the invitation from the Recording Academy and was welcomed as a member of the GRAMMYS 2021 New Member Class in June 2021. He had the chance to honor, uphold, and support music and its artists through membership. Prior to that, he received a GRAMMY certificate in September 2020 in honor of his involvement as a featured artist on Morgan Heritage’s GRAMMY-nominated album “AVRAKEDABRA.”
