Steve Harvey, a well-known American television host, has stated that if he (Steve) had been the one who smacked Will Smith on stage, he would not have been spared.
After two months, Steve Harvey has finally expressed his thoughts on Chris Rock’s resounding slap from Will Smith at the 2022 Academy Awards, a move that stunned the entire globe.
Harvey added that if he had been in Chris Rock’s place, his reaction to a punk move would have been different.

Steve Harvey made these remarks at an event at Georgia State University, where he also stated that he no longer respects Will.
Although he is a Christian, the Family Feud presenter claims that his faith would not have stopped him from beating anyone who stepped on his toes.
“There’s no way you’re slapping me, then buttoning your jacket and walking off the stage.” I’m a Christian, yet I’m not very mature. I don’t have a strong Christian faith. I’m a two on a scale of one to ten. I can work on that level of Christianity.
