The British rapper Skepta has addressed claims made by some that Wizkid had imitated his neck tattoo style directly.
When Wizkid revealed a neck tattoo in November 2023 that spelled “PRAY,” it caused a heated discussion on social media as people shared their opinions on the tattoo’s concept. The rapper, who is good friends with the singer, responded directly to someone who said Wizkid had stolen Skepta’s tattoo concept.
According to Skepta, the fact that he has a neck tattoo does not preclude others from getting one. “So because I got a neck tattoo, nobody else should catch am?” he posted. You folks need to get over yourselves; it’s obvious that you’re bored.”
