Shatta Wale crown Bisa Kdei to be a legend and discusses how the musician influenced his album.
Recognised reggae and dancehall artist Shatta Wale praised Bisa Kdei for his magnificent “Original” album, calling it great and legendary.
Shatta Wale claimed that Bisa Kdei’s “Original Album,” which debuted at the top of the iTunes USA reggae top albums chart, served as the inspiration for his “Maali” album, which was still dominating music charts all over the world.
The Bisa Kdei album, which was released back in January, gave Shatta Wale deep reflection on his “Maali” album, he admitted in a tweet.
“This album (Original) also gave some deep meditations for #Maali… Great and legendary is your album,” Shatta Wale wrote.
One of Ghana’s best highlife musicians, Bisa Kdei, demonstrates his versatility on his original album by fusing highlife and afrobeats in a distinctive way.
The award-winning Highlife musician collaborated with some of the best musicians on the African continent, including Stonebwoy, Kidi, Teni, Camidoh, Sefa, and football star Memphis Depay.
