Sarkodie surpasses Drake as Ghana’s most-streamed artist on Spotify.

When it comes to the most-streamed artiste in Ghana on Spotify, Sarkodie has taken the top spot.

According to Spotify’s ‘Wrapped 2021’ data analysis, which is available to 90bars.com, Sarkodie is one of two artists who remained King in their home while other top African acts lost the number spot to Drake.

The most streamed artiste on the audio streaming platform in South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania is the Canadian rapper, while Wizkid took the top spot in Nigeria, with Burna Boy coming in second.

The data confirms King Sark’s meteoric resistance and persistence since he began his career. Other Ghanaian acts on the list include Kwesi Arthur and Davido, with the remainder being foreign acts. Check out the list below.
