Following an admission of their dispute, American rapper Meek Mill has offered Davido some words of support. The rapper’s letter to Davido is available here to read.
Several months after responding to their concerns, American rapper Meek Mill has used his Instagram story to urge Nigerian music sensation Davido.
On December 29, Meek Mill, who is now traveling to Ghana for Afro Nation, tweeted a brief message of support to Davido using the Instastory function. He simply said, “Stay strong, keep going.”
Although Meek Mill did not provide context for his message, it was likely intended to encourage Davido, who lost his son Ifeanyi in a sad pool accident about two months ago.
Davido and Meek Mill previously worked together on “Fans Mi,” Davido’s debut American collaboration that sparked a surge of American collaborations in the music business.
Also, keep in mind that earlier this year, when Meek Mill expressed his intention to travel to Africa, he alluded to an altercation between him and Davido and said that they were
“angry at each other.” This message offers a hint that perhaps the two stars have finally made peace, even if it is not definite. Additionally, Davido responded by paraphrasing the rapper’s tweet using a phrase from his song “Fem,“ “Make una tell am to call me.”
