    Reaction to Chef Faila’s cook-a-thon from Guinness World Records

    Chef Faila’s effort at a cookathon has prompted a response from Guinness World Records.

    The chef from Ghana set out on a 10-day culinary adventure from January 1st to January 10th, 2024. With the help of Ghanaians and a remarkable demonstration of unflinching perseverance, Chef Faila Abdul Razak concluded her cookathon today.

    Thousands of Ghanaians, celebrities, and dignitaries flocked to the City Hotel in Tamale to support Chef Faila as she cooked constantly for 227 hours.

    Following the conclusion of her cook-a-thon today, Chef Faila Abdul Razak received a prompt response from Guinness World Records.

    This happens when Chef Faila’s video, which announced the conclusion of her cook-a-thon, was posted on Twitter by Ghanaian TV host Olele Salvador, who is now known as X. Guiness World Records responded on the social media app, recognizing her attempt.

    “We look forward to reviewing her evidence!” the GWR’s official X account tweeted. When the organization will make a decision regarding Chef Faila’s attempt is unknown, though.

    Failiatu’s cook-a-thon was a spectacular occasion full of touching moments that demonstrated the strength of community, support, and the happiness of uniting for a worthwhile cause.

    When Afua Asantewaaa, who had also joined the sing-a-thon, showed up to lend her support, it was one of the most heartwarming scenes. Her presence increased spirits and showed how cohesive the community is.

    Dignitaries such as Vice President Bawumia and former First Lady Lordina Mahama gave the occasion legitimacy and a sense of importance.

    Their presence brought the cause’s importance to light and showed that the community’s efforts were valued at the highest levels.
