Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene, has promised his complete support for projects and programs that create jobs for Asantemen and Ghanaians.
The Asantehene stated this during the reopening of the superb tasting, premium Ghanaian beer, Star Beer, in Kumasi, Ghana, where it was first brewed.
Assuring the people of Asanteman, Otumfuo stated that he will always promise his support for any positive initiatives and projects in Kumasi and Ashanti that will provide pride, pleasure, and jobs to his people in the area in order to boost Ghana’s growth.
“Today, I am extremely glad, as is Asanteman, for the resuscitation of this industry that once provided pride and joy to the people of Asanteman. “We rejoice this milestone and look forward to the economic benefits it will bring to our people,” he added.
As a result, the Asantehene urged investors to take advantage of the peaceful economic environment in Kumasi and the Ashanti Region as a whole by opening factories to grow their enterprises.
“As we continue to execute a plan to grow and spread Star Beer countrywide through cutting-edge consumer insights and marketing, we retraced our beginnings and opted not to gloss over it. “I’m delighted to announce that the relationship Star has had with Asanteman has endured the test of time and is stronger today than ever as we resume its production, in Star’s Home, where it belongs,” she said.
“Star Beer is a part of the city’s culture and heritage,” stated Roland Ofori, Head of Beers at Guinness Ghana. Apart from refreshing Kumasians since the 1960s, Star Beer represents the optimism of the average Ghanaian, which can be observed in the millions of dazzling bubbles in the beverage. Star Drink is not only a beer; it’s a part of Kumasi’s identity”.
For many years, Star Beer has been a favorite option among Kumasians, and it is frequently connected with informal situations, happy times, festivities, and social gatherings in the city.
Star Beer, made from rich locally derived raw resources, is now available to Kumasi customers with its trademark million glittering bubbles.
Star beer’s award-winning quality has earned four awards at the renowned Monde Selection Quality Awards, the latest recent in April 2022.
