Mr. Versatile, Okyeame Kwame has written a summons to Gyedu-Blay Ambolley via his social media accounts.
This move comes after Okyeame Kwame tried several times to serve him with a summons since March 2020 but all the means to meet him proved futile.
As reported in the writing of our social media agency, veteran high-profile musician Gyedu Blay Ambolley has 8 days to report to the court.
It could be recalled that a few months earlier, in an interview with TV3, Gyedu Blay Ambolley reported that Okyeame Kwame had not repaid a loan of GHC 50,000 from the Obour administration.
In a written note, Okyeame Kwame ‘s lawyers suggested that the false statement made by Gyedu-Blay Ambolley had lowered the credibility of their client.
His attorneys warned that they would not hesitate to seek legal action if he did not apologize and retracted the false statement using the same medium that he used for 72 hours.
A suit was brought against him after his failure to comply with their order.
Months after the action, Okyeame Kwame announced that the bailiff had done everything he could, but that he had yet to find Mr. Ambolley.
“We have been trying to give this writ to Mr Gyadu-Blay Ambolley since March this year but the bailiff couldn’t find him to deliver. So pls if you know where the legend is, pls tell him the court is looking for Him. He must report within 8 days. This document is legal. Thank You,”
