Nobody should use my image on any political campaign.

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, popularly know as Shatta Wale. Has  issued a stern warning to all Ghana political parties not to use his image on any political campaign or platform.

The Dancehall King gave this announcement via all its social media accounts sites.

 

He also claimed in the post that any political party wanting to use his image will do the right thing by contacting his office to carry out the requisite paper works smoothly.

Shatta Wale has close affiliations with the country’s two main political parties, the NDC and the NPP, and is well aware of how the respective parties could capitalize on this for their political purposes, hence his warning.

He wrote in a Facebook post;

No one should use my face or my name on any political campaign or platform. My loyal fans and I will be endorsing and cooperating with everyone Ghanaians elect as their president.
