Fight between students at the University Hall and Unity Halls of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology led to vandalism on Thursday night.
Students from Katanga Hall were taking part in a march as part of their hall week, but they ended up in the Unity Hall precinct.
There was vandalism caused when students from both halls threw objects at one another. In order to prevent an escalation, security has been increased right now. The Ashanti regional security council issued a statement advising the university’s students to end all demonstrations.

“The REGSEC is informing all students and residents of the university community that, all actions intended by any person or group of persons to disturb the current peaceful security in the university will be addressed with the legal instrument of the state,” the release noted.
REGSEC continued, “It is requested that people harboring such intentions desist from that and adhere to the law as any breach of the peace in KNUST and the region will be appropriately addressed.”

In the car, the person sitting next to me unintentionally stepped on me, and I screamed Charlie! Then he revealed that you are a Ghanaian! How did you find out? Charlie, you just said it! He’s from Nigeria.

I’m having trouble determining the “charley” epoch “However, it has long been used in Ghanaian slang.
It is yet another distinguishing feature that distinguishes Ghanaians wherever they go. It’s a different way of saying “hello” or “hi.” “Depending on the circumstances, it can also be referred to as buddy, paddy, or a friend, as well as drawing a friend’s audience.
Now! Why do Ghanaians say or use the word “Charlie”? It is more indigenous and more relatable than other words.
For example, Charlie meki go! That is, let’s go, buddy….
Charley?!
Even in the most developed countries, everyone has concerns for which they would like their government or country’s leadership to provide solutions.
Because adults have more responsibilities to attend to, it is not uncommon for them to call on the government to loosen the system a little bit with infrastructures and other initiatives that can help them carry out their responsibilities.
As a result, it comes as a surprise when a child who isn’t even in their adolescent years approaches the president with their problem.
According to a social media post, a 10-year-old girl described her plight in a letter addressed to the president.
The young lady stated that she even went to Google to find the president’s phone number but was unsuccessful, so she was forced to write him a letter instead. She complained that her route to school is inconvenient because the road is full of potholes and hilly, causing her and her mother’s car to be inconvenienced. She pleaded with the president to help her out.
