Christian Atsu Tsama, a deceased Ghanaian football player, is currently having his final rites performed at the state house’s forecourt. He was discovered dead nearly a fortnight after the devastating earthquake that devastated areas of Turkey and Syria on February 6.
This comes after a one-week observation that began on March 4 at the Adjiringanor Astro Turf in Accra, which drew both former and present Black stars players as well as other famous people.
Hundreds of loved ones, including his fellow football players, family, politicians, former classmates, and fans, have gathered right now to honor the young footballer’s life and pay their final respects.
Several Black stars players, both past and present, as well as family members and supporters, were observed sobbing uncontrollably at Atsu’s state-assisted funeral.
His wife Marie-Claire Rupio, his mother-in-law, his twin sister, and his three children are all present during the funeral. Marie paid a heartfelt eulogy to her beloved husband, highlighting how wonderful a father and husband he had been to their kids. She added that her late husband seemed indestructible and spoke of his smile and affection for their children.
