The rapper took the stage at the Afro Nation music festival in Ghana in December 2022.
His trip to the Jubilee House, where he met and conferred with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, marked the apex of his time in Ghana.
Meek Mill, who has now apologized to Ghanaians for his acts, has not shied away from expressing his affection for Ghana, even though he courted popular wrath by filming parts of a music video at the seat of government.
Over time, he has expressed his desire to go back to Ghana and work with other Ghanaian musicians.
Following claims that he was named in a lawsuit brought by a former employee of rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, Meek Mill has recently gone on a social media rampage.
Multiple reports state that Meek Mill was included on a list of redacted names associated with gay sex adventures with Diddy in the lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
However, Meek Mill has refuted the accusations in a string of X postings, hinting to a scheme to discredit his laborious efforts as a Black American.
