KiDi, a Ghanaian Hiplife star, has come forward to share King Promise’s management’s decision to cut his verse from the song ‘Enjoyment.’

In contrast to fans’ speculations of a feud between the two acts, the ‘Touch It’ crooner stated that the decision was made solely by King Promise’s management.
In an interview with UTV’s United Showbiz, the self-proclaimed ‘Sugar Daddy’ stated that the situation was beyond his control.

KiDi revealed that King Promise’s management demanded that his verse be removed from the song soon after it was recorded.
‘What happened was bigger than KiDi and King Promise.
It came down to our respective managements wanting the best for their artists. After recording the song, King Promise’s management requested that his verse be removed. We have no explanation for this as of yet, but we accept it in good faith.’
Regardless, despite their management actions, Kidi and King Promise continue to maintain a cordial relationship.
