Iyanya has expressed his opinions about how Nigerian artists are disregarded and not given credit for their men
Singer Iyanya recently wrote on his social media platform on how individuals who don’t understand how and why these artists end up in difficult circumstances have mocked and disrespected the journeys and struggles of some Nigerian artists, including himself.
The artist posted a lengthy article on social media in which he expressed his views. His online platforms post stated:

The truth is, y’all disrespect people’s journey and expect others to respect yours. Yes after sometime I was out, now I’m back, the foundation for a new iyanya has been laid and the house is currently being built and I promise you, we will roof part of it soon.( music) Love you All, Remain Blessed”.
The artist responded to the unfavorable comments made on social media after he had contributed to Davido’s assertion about who originated the global afrobeats style by sharing his own thoughts.
