Stonebwoy, a reggae/dancehall performer, has responded to Mr. Drew’s request for a feature on his song with a witty response.
Mr. Drew tweeted a video of himself playing one of his songs from his “Alpha” album on Wednesday, March 16, and later referenced the “Activate” hitmaker, asking for a feature.
He captioned the video, “@Stonebowy on a remix.”

Stonebwoy responded to the offer by saying he was down, but only if he didn’t have to deal with American singer and actor Rotimi.
“We’re in it together!” Let’s get started!! But, please tell me if Rotimi is aware of this,” Stonebwoy said.

Stonebwoy’s mention of Rotimi comes from his appearance on Mr. Drew’s song “Eat,” which was released in 2020.
Mr. Drew had Stonebwoy record a cover of Rotimi’s hit “Love Riddim.”
Mr. Drew faced legal concerns for copyright infringement despite the song’s success. Later, he and his management apologized for a “miscommunication,” as they put it.
Following legal proceedings, Mr. Drew is claimed to have declared on Hitz FM, “I want to say sorry for that and I want to apologize to the whole of Ghana.”
