Ofori Amponsah, a musician from Ghana, has apologized for not being a loving and supportive father to his child with socialite Ayisha Modi.
He says he doesn’t feel like a good father because he doesn’t spend much time with his daughter, who happens to be a girl and lives abroad.
The artist said he worries a lot about the loss of connection with his daughter because of his absence, even though he takes care of her necessities and her education.
Ofori Amponsah declared in an interview with well-known blogger Zionfelix that he would work more in the future to establish a relationship with his daughter.
“Yes, I am parents to a child named Ayisha Modi. I even gave her a call to wish her well on her eighteenth birthday. However, we are a little bit apart, and I have never made a decent father. Not at all, since even though I look after the child’s education abroad, I believe that humans require more than that. I should have done more for the youngster. Additionally, the link is crucial.
That implies that as a father, I have more work to perform. It’s been something I’ve been thinking about constantly. We typically speak over the phone since they are overseas, however it is not the ideal communication method. Nevertheless, I always pray for her and I am there for her,” he added.
The renowned artist from Ghana admits that his job as a father has to be improved.
