The Takoradi Technical University may not be able to conduct it’s second semester examination.
As a result of, two rusticated students have secured an injunction from a High Court to halt the upcoming examinations
Due to concerns of two aggrieved level students pursuing Higher National Diploma (HND), secured an injunction through their lawyer from the court to stop the Takoradi Technical University from conducting examination for Hight National Diploma(HND) LEVEL 300 students from the department of Procurement
Speaking to Empire News, Kingsley Fredricks one of the uncles to the students, shared that several attempts were made to get a fair hearing for his sibling but proved futile.
We were convinced to go to court and secure an injunction to halt the upcoming because the school failed to respond to our petition filed.
One of the student who is known to be Constant Asante was handed with two semesters of rustication with other colleagues for misconduct.
They have also been charged with unlawful usage of the Takoradi Technical University logo and also trying to demonstrate against the school unlawfully.
