The gifted rapper Black Sherif has garnered the adoration of Cecelia Marfo, a gospel singer from Ghana.
Cecelia Marfo claims that “Soja,” a song by Black Sherif that talks to her soul so profoundly that it makes her cry every time she hears it, is her favorite song.
In a recent interview with Accra’s OKAY FM, the Woman of God talked passionately about the song’s influence and said, “I cried when I listened to his ‘Soja‘ song. I expressed to my hubby how moving the song was.”
The singer from Afunumba continued by disputing the idea of secular music, claiming that, in her opinion, it does not exist in the present music industry. She thinks that via their music, artists everywhere are enhancing society and making life better for people.
As the current VGMA Artiste of the Year and the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards’ International Flow Act, Black Sherif has become well-known for his distinct style and capacity to deeply engage listeners.
Furthermore, he has gained widespread recognition in the industry both inside and outside of Ghana, particularly among established performers for music features.
