Francis Leblanc, better known by his stage name Fridayy, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter who has hinted at a collaboration with popular Nigerian singer Asake.
Fridayy broadened his horizons into the African market by contributing the hook to DJ Khaled’s Grammy-nominated rap song “God Did,” which also included contributions from superstars like Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and John Legend.

On December 7th, 2022, Fridayy which many fans believe has a Burna Boy-like delivery and voice announced the shocikg feature with YBNL/Empire signee Asake on Instagram.
The DJ Khaled-endorsed musician uploaded the excerpt and announced that the remix of his spiritual song “Blessings,” which is from his album “Lost in Melody,” will be made available on Friday, September 9, 2022.
