Seth Gyimah, a professional boxer, and chef located in Ghana and known as Freezy Macbones in the boxing community has discussed some of the difficulties he encountered when he decided to take up the sport.
Freezy MacBones revealed in a recent exclusive interview on Joy Prime that he received a lot of criticism from some people after deciding to enter the boxing profession. Freezy MacBones has been trending on social media since winning his most recent fight against veteran boxer Darryl Sharp at the Copper Box Arena in London.
He emphasized that individuals who urged him to do so were concerned about his getting hurt during his fights. Instead of boxing, he was advised to concentrate on his main profession as a chef, which he acquired while working as a cleaner.
The 27-year-old fighter, though, admitted that he ignored all the comments and continued to put in a lot of effort because he knew what he wanted to do.
Freezy went on to say that while he doesn’t regard anyone as an example, he frequently admires Mike Tyson. He said that despite his affection for Mike Tyson, he strives to surpass him and perform far better.
