The CLOU Prepayment Metering System’s server will undergo emergency maintenance, according to plans released by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
During maintenance, this will have an impact on the purchase and sale of prepaid credit at vending machines.
The planned period of system outage is set for Thursday, January 25, from midnight to 10:00 am on Friday, January 26.
Therefore, it is recommended that all CLOU prepaid clients buy enough prepaid credit to last through the outage.
For any inconvenience this may have caused, the ECG expressed its regret.
