Davido, a Nigerian singer, has landed in Qatar ahead of his closing ceremony performance at the current 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The musician was observed wearing a blanket with the face of his late son, Ifeanyi, emblazoned on it.
Ubi Franklin, his lawyer, Bobo Ajudua, also known as Prince, and several others were seen with him.
When word spread that Davido was booked to play at the current 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the internet erupted with glee.
Stephen Hung, a Chinese businessman, announced the happy news on his official Instagram account.
He said that the musician confirmed that he will close the World Cup event.

Davido, who had to postpone his “A.W.A.Y.” festival, which was scheduled to take place in Atlanta’s 21,000-capacity State Farm Arena, due to the terrible loss of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi, in a pool accident, was given the deserved affection at Wizkid’s concert yesterday, November 16th, 2022.
