According to the program details, Apple has identified that a small number of iPhone 14 Plus devices, manufactured between April 10, 2023, and April 28, 2024, may have this rear camera issue. Owners can check if their phone is affected by entering the serial number on Apple’s program page. If eligible, Apple or an Authorized Service Provider will repair the phone free of charge.

Those who previously paid for camera repairs can contact Apple for a possible refund.

The program covers affected devices for three years from their original purchase date. Apple periodically offers similar service programs, such as previous ones for iPhone 12 or 12 Pro receiver issues and for AirPods Pro with crackling or static noise problems.
