Cardi B is currently available again.
The marriage between American rapper Cardi B and former Migos rapper Offset has dissolved.
The Bodak Yellow artist said during an Instagram Live session that she had been “single for a minute now.”
“It’s been a minute since I was single. However, I’ve been afraid—not scared, mind you; I just don’t know how to let the world know,” she remarked. “I kind of wanted to tell you guys when I went live the last time, but I changed my mind because I didn’t know how to do it. However, this has been the situation for a moment,” she continued.
She added that she will continue to be curious in 2024 and that she is thrilled about the new year. “I want to open up 2024 and start over. I’m not sure. “I’m interested in a fresh start and a new life,” she remarked.
Just a few days have passed since the pair unfollowed one another on Instagram before this confirmation.
“I know where I want to be in terms of my career, finances, and personal life in a year. Do you understand what I mean? Get rid of the dead weight, she advised.
And in terms of dead weight, I’d list people, procrastination, mindset, and sloth. “Next year is going to be all about me,” she remarked, adding that “a lot of people are dead weight, too.”
Additionally, she seemed to be saying last week that she was over the relationship and was sick of having to save other people’s feelings.
“You know when you just out grow relationships.” she replied. “I’m over shielding people’s emotions…I have to prioritize myself.”
