Cardi B Announces New Single 'Hot S—'Cardi B’s “Hot Shit” is on the way. The rapper has set a date for the release of her new single and promises “another surprise” is on the way.

“My new single ‘Hot Shit’ is out everywhere THIS FRIDAY 7/1,” Cardi announced on social media Sunday night (June 26). The post included a brief teaser clip.

“Tomorrow at 8 p.m.” “I’ve got another surprise for you, so stay tuned,” she teased with a winking emoji.
“Hot Shit” will be the artist’s first single since “Up,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart for a week in March 2021. “Up” came after “WAP,” which topped the Hot 100 for four weeks in 2020.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the follow-up to her full-length debut album, Invasion of Privacy, which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart in 2018. In May, she stated that when she has news to share, they will be notified. “When things come out, that’s when I’m going to talk about it,” she said on Twitter.
