On music producer Appietus, prominent artist manager Nana Asiamah Hanson, often known as Bulldog, has descended in force.

Bulldog’s charges follow an interview Appietus gave in which he explained how he came to know about the digitalization of music.
Appietus stated that when he was first contacted about an Israeli investor on music digitalization, he wasn’t so sure of the benefits. However, when he submitted a particular song to the platform and the money from the streams started hitting his bank accounts, he had a change of heart. Bulldog shared a portion of the interview on Citi TV on his Facebook page.
Bulldog demanded a cut of the profits when Appietus acknowledged making money from some of the songs he wrote.
Bulldog called Appietus out in a Facebook post, writing;
“You shall pay back all of the money you took from my investments, plus interest. By selling 5Five songs, which were created and marketed by Bullhaus Entertainment, on digital platforms throughout the world without our consent for over ten years, you have been able to support your family and yourself with our investments. It’s time to pay, so get ready. We’ll have our counselors speak to you.

In the meanwhile, Papi of the 5five music group and Appietus, a former performer for Bulldog, have insulted each other live on television over their 2011 hit song, “Muje Baya.”
Papi claims that Appietus stole money from the band’s songs and abandoned them with nothing.
Papi asserts Since the year 2013, Appietus has been getting royalties on five of their songs through his business, Creative Studios.
