Following a thorough review of the evidence, Justice Forson Agyapong Baah of the Accra High Court, Jurisdiction 2, delivered a verdict on January 28, 2025. The court ruled in favor of Kojo Forex, awarding him GH₵100,000 in general damages and an additional GH₵50,000 for aggravated, exemplary, and compensatory damages. Additionally, Bongo Ideas was ordered to cover GH₵20,000 in legal costs.
