Sadiq Abdulai Abu, the founder of the 3 Music Awards, has disclosed that the amazing rain stage built for musician Black Sherif was not intended for him.

On Saturday night at the 3 Music Awards, Black Sherif, the “Second Sermon” crooner, wowed the crowd with an electrifying performance in which he induced rain to fall on stage while performing renditions of his hit songs.

In an interview with Abeiku Santana, a radio broadcaster, Baba Sadiq, the CEO of 3 Music Awards, stated that the rain set-up was originally meant for Sarkodie rather than Black Sherif.

Sarkodie was not in the nation during the planning process and would not be able to be in the country on the day of the performance, according to Sadiq, who also stated that he had unfinished business with his management.
