The 21-year-old’s most recent release, a double-single EP called Take Care of Yourself Blacko, was a rallying cry for music enthusiasts and his fans to put their physical health first because a healthy lifestyle also benefits the mind.

It’s a statement that not only suggests the diversions that come with rising celebrity but also demonstrates his refusal to participate in it.

While “YAYA” focuses more on the theme of vacationing and getting tan from seaside adventures, “SIMMER DOWN” is a rare moment of reflection on his team’s triumphs, highlighting Ghana’s emerging music scene and Black Sherif’s effect on it.
