Sarkodie, the head of SarkCess Music, and the iconic musical duo R2Bees sold out their highly anticipated “It’s About Time” concert at the Palladium Times Square in New York City, as previously reported on Ghgossip.com.
It’s About Time is a concert that marks the first time when well-known Tema recording and performance artists have collaborated to host an event together outside of the motherland.
The Palladium Times Square, which has a capacity of 2,100, hosted the “It’s About Time” performance on Saturday, July 30. Camidoh, King Promise, MzVee, Gyakie, Kelvyn Boy, Darkovibes, Kwesi Arthur, and Efya all made appearances on the show as special guests.
When Sarkodie mounted the stage to wow fans to back-to-back songs, it was pure fun and excitement. An impassioned female Sarkodie fan was heard singing the song “Brighter Day” aloud. the video down below.
