On the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs list, Ghanaian-American singer-songwriter Amaarae is making her biggest debut.
With her track “Angels in Tibet,” the singer, who recently inked a global publishing agreement with Concord Music Publishing in collaboration with rights management firm Immensum Music, debuted at number 10 on the charts.
The song has been in the chart for three weeks now, and it is still at number 10, just below Davido and Musa Key’s joint single, Unavailable.
Amaarae’s other hit, Reckless & Sweet, debuted at Number 45 on the same chart as her breakthrough single, Angels in Tibet, which peaked at Number 10.
