Diamond Appiah, a musician, has been charged in an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly obtaining US$30,000 from socialite Aisha Modi in exchange for the latter’s estate in East Legon.
The musician/businesswoman Diamond Appiah has entered a not guilty plea to one count of making fraudulent transactions in a land deal.
She has been given a $300,000 bail bond with two sureties.
On January 17, 2023, she was charged before an Accra court hearing presided over by Evelyn Asamoah.
The lawsuit will now be heard on February 8, 2023.
