Afua Asantewaa Aduonom is the most recent supporter of Chef Faila Abdul Razak, who is garnering support from Ghanaians for her cook-a-thon initiative.
In an effort to help Chef Faila Abdul Razak, who has been cooking for more than 100 hours, the Ghanaian broadcaster took up the challenge of breaking and setting a Guinness World Record for the longest sing-a-thon. She has already arrived in Tamale.
Chef Faila aims to break and establish a new culinary world record by cooking for over 120 hours.
At precisely midnight on January 1st, Chef Faila began operations at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale. To support her voyage, Ghanaians in the area, including socialites and public servants, have been demonstrating at the cook-a-thon venue.
“The beautiful city of Tamale awaits us,” she remarked, sharing a video of her journey there. I’m going to be there to cheer for Chef Faila as she attempts to shatter and establish her record for the longest cooking marathon. Nations prosper when women climb to power.”
Chef Faila gave Afua Asantewaa Ghana jollof when she arrived at the cook-a-thong location. She also performed for Chef Faila in front of excited onlookers.
“I pictured myself spending seconds, minutes, hours, even days in front of a mirror-filled room. Despite all the difficulties, I managed to maintain my beauty. I observed the same thing this afternoon when I went to see Jah Bless Faila. I thus sang for her, Becca’s WOMAN,” Afua wrote on Instagram.
