Shatta Wale, who has one of Ghana’s largest fan bases, was hailed as a hero the instant he came at the police station after being arrested for conducting a publicity stunt that caused dread and terror.
Following a fabricated gunshot incident that went viral on social media, Shatta Wale turned himself in at the police station. For spreading fake news on social media, he was arrested alongside his publicist, Nana Dope, and another member of his crew, Gangee.
A video has surfaced on social media that shows the dancehall king being hailed by some of the prisoners he met at the police station following his detention.
